A. Prof. Dong Zhang, Sun Yat-sen University, China 

张东副教授，中山大学

Dr. Dong Zhang received his B.S.E.E. and M. S. degrees from Nanjing University, China, in 1999 and 2003, respectively, and Ph.D. degree from Sun Yat-sen University, China, in 2009.  From 2008 to 2009, he was as a visiting scholar at the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Brigham University, Utah, U.S.A. He is currently an associate professor of the School of Electronics and Information Technology, Sun Yat-sen University. His research interests include computer vision, affective computing, and information hiding. He serves and served a guest editor of Electronics, MDPI, and a co-editor of International Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems.

张东分别于1999年和2003年毕业于南京大学电子科学与工程系，获得理学学士学位和工学硕士学位；2009年毕业于中山大学信息科学与技术学院，获得通信与信息系统工学博士学位；2008年1月至2009年1月，在美国杨百翰大学（Brigham Young University）电气与计算机工程系进行访问研究，现为中山大学电子与信息工程学院副教授。张东主要研究方向包括计算机视觉、情感计算和信息隐藏。曾任International Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems的共同编辑（co-editor），现担任Electronics（MDPI）客座编辑。
