Prof. Yi Huang, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China
Huang Yi is a professor at School of Optoelectronic Engineering/International Institute of Semiconductors, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He also holds the honorary titles of Wenfeng youth scholars of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the BaYu young scholars of Chongqing, the western young Scholars of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the chief science communication expert of Chongqing. He mainly carries out studies in the fields of third-generation semiconductors, high-power device chips, and new display technologies. He has published more than 20 SCI papers in international classic journals such as IEEE Electron Device Letters, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, and Applied Physics Letters. Besides, he has obtained 7 authorized patents and has presided over 13 national, provincial, ministerial and enterprise-level research projects. As an expert in decision-making consultation on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and national high-tech enterprise evaluation in Chongqing, he is committed to promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, including those related to low-power ADC chips and power device chips and their transformation applications. He has won the second prize in the Chongqing S&T Progress Award, the second prize in the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement Award, the second prize in the Innovation Award of China Association of Inventions, and the second prize in Investigation Results of the Research Office of Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
黄义，重庆邮电大学光电工程学院/国际半导体学院教授，重庆邮电大学文峰青年百人，重庆巴渝青年学者，中科院西部青年学者，重庆市首席科普传播专家。主要开展第三代半导体、大功率器件芯片、新型显示技术等领域研究，在IEEE Electron Device Letters、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Applied Physics Letters等国际经典期刊发表SCI论文20余篇、授权专利7项；主持国家级、省部级、企业横向等科研项目13项目。作为重庆市科技成果转化决策咨询、国家高新技术企业评审专家，致力于科技成果转化推动工作，有关低功耗ADC芯片、功率器件芯片等科技成果及转化应用，获得重庆市科技进步二等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果奖二等奖、中国发明协会创新奖二等奖、中共重庆市委研究室调研成果二等奖等。
