The 2023 2nd International Conference on Electronics and Integrated Circuit Technology (EICT 2023) was successfully taken place on February 24-26, 2023 in Chengdu, China. All accepted papers of EICT 2023 has been published by Journal of Physics: Conference Series (ISSN: 1742-6596) and has been indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus. The 2024 3rd International Conference on Electronics and Integrated Circuit Technology (EICT 2024) was successfully taken place on April 12-14, 2024 in Nanchang, China. All accepted papers of EICT 2024 has been published by Journal of Physics: Conference Series (ISSN: 1742-6596) and has been indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus.
The 2025 4th International Conference on Electronics, Integrated Circuits and Communication Technology (EICCT 2025) will be held in Chengdu, China, from May 16 to 18, 2025. This esteemed event strives to establish a forum where experts, scholars, engineers, and technical researchers from related fields can converge, sharing their scientific breakthroughs and innovative technologies. 集成电路与通信技术在电子信息时代起着至关重要的作用，集成电路现已成为中国一级学科。顺应时代的发展和按照习近平总书记重要指示精神-“核心技术、关键技术、国之重器必须立足于自身”，在此前三届会议的基础之上，EICCT即将举办第四届，我们很荣幸宣布二零二五年第四届电子、集成电路与通信技术国际学术会议将于2025年5月16-18日在中国成都举行！EICCT 2025将由成都信息工程大学、成都理工大学联合主办，华南师范大学、湖南师范大学、江苏省仪器仪表学会、广西科技大学自动化学院、东南大学MEMS教育部重点实验室协办。

Note: In view of the academic exchange and development of the conference, the conference committee decided to change the conference title from "International Conference on Electronics and Integrated Circuit Technology (EICT)" to "International Conference on Electronics, Integrated Circuits and Communication Technology (EICCT)" from the fourth session onwards. EICCT is an annual conference and we welcome experts and scholars from all over the world to participate and exchange ideas.
注：鉴于会议的学术交流和发展，会议委员会决定从第四届会议起将会议名称从“电子与集成电路技术会议（EICT）”改为“电子、集成电路与通信技术会议（EICCT）”。

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN:979-8-3315-3594-0) and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
EICCT 2022-2024 have been successfully indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus already!
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.
