Assoc. Prof. Moufu Kong, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China

孔谋夫副教授，电子科技大学

Moufu Kong received his Ph.D from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2013. He was a visiting scholar at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) from 2019 to 2020. His research focus on power management and driver ICs, smart power integrated circuits, high voltage power devices and wide-bandgap semiconductor devices. He has published over 50 academic papers in Nat Commun, IEEE T-ED, IEEE EDL, SST, IEEE JEDS etc. and IEEE international conferences. He has applied for and granted nearly 20 invention patents. He served as a technical program committee (TPC) member for several technical conferences including IEEE ICSICT, IEEE ASICON, IEEE ISNE and IEEE EDTM.

2013年获得电子科技大学博士学位，2019-2020年新加坡南洋理工大学访问学者，四川省高层次海外留学人才，四川省乔联特聘专家。研究方向为电源及驱动集成电路、智能功率集成电路、高压功率器件和宽带隙半导体器件。在Nat Commun、IEEE T-ED、IEEE EDL、SST、IEEE JEDS等期刊及IEEE国际会议上发表50余篇学术论文，申请及授权发明专利近20项。曾担任多个IEEE国际学术会议的技术程序委员会成员（TPC Member），包括 IEEE ICSICT、IEEE ASICON、IEEE ISNE 和IEEE EDTM等。
