A. Prof. Shuai Tang, Sun Yat-sen University, China 

唐帅副教授，中山大学

Dr. Shuai Tang obtained his bachelor's and doctor's degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2012 and 2017 respectively. From April 2018 to May 2022, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan. In June 2022, he was hired as an associate professor in the School of Electronics and Information Technology by the “Hundred Talents Program” of Sun Yat-sen University. His main research interests include vacuum micro-nano electronics, in situ electron microscopy measurement and preparation and characterization of low dimensional nanomaterials. He has published 36 academic journals and conference papers at home and abroad, and applied for 8 invention patents. He has made oral and poster reports at international and home conferences in the field of field emission for many times. He is currently served as a guest editor of the SCI international journal Nanomaterials with the special issue of “Field Electron Emission”.

唐帅副教授分别于2012年和2017年在中山大学获得学士和博士学位。于2018年4月-2022年5月在日本国立物质材料研究所从事博士后研究员工作。2022年6月，被中山大学****引进人才为电子与信息工程学院副教授。唐帅副教授的主要研究方向包括真空微纳电子学、原位电子显微学及低维纳米材料制备与表征。发表国内外学术期刊及会议论文36篇，申请发明专利8项。多次在国内外场发射领域顶级会议作口头及张贴报告。任SCI国际期刊Nanomaterials场致电子发射专题客座编辑。
