林兆军教授，山东大学

Prof. Zhaojun Lin received the Ph.D. degree in Semiconductor Materials from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Dr. Lin has performed his Postdoctoral Research in Institute of Microelectronics, Peking University, China. From 1999 to 2003, he was with McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada, Northwestern University Evanston, IL, USA, and The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA, where he was involved in the researches of III–V semiconductor electronic devices and optoelectronic devices. He is currently a Professor with School of Microelectronics, Shandong University, Jinan, China. He has presided over four National Natural Science Foundation projects and published more than 70 journal papers, in which more than 20 papers were published in Applied Physics letters, Journal of Applied Physics, IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Trans. Electron Devices, and Scientific Reports. His current research interests focus on GaN electronic devices and the related circuit modules.

林兆军，教授。1997年7月中国科学院半导体所半导体材料专业获得博士学位；1997年9月到1999年9月，在北京大学微电子研究所做博士后从事GaN电子器件研究；1999年10月到2003年9月，分别在加拿大和美国多所大学从事科学研究工作:在加拿大McMaster University电子工程系，开展InGaAsP-InP多量子阱激光器的研究工作;在美国Northwestern University量子器件研究中心，从事GaInAs/AlInAs量子级联激光、GaN基蓝激光和发光管等方向的研究工作;在美国Ohio State University 电子工程系，从事AlGaN/GaN异质结场效应晶体管的研究工作。自2003年12月来山东大学工作,现任山东大学微电子学院教授，兼任中国电子学会半导体与集成技术分会委员、山东省电子学会电子元件与材料专业委员会主任委员。目前，主要开展GaN电子器件和相关电路模块研究。现已主持4项国家自然科学基金项目，作为第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI收录论文70多篇，其中超过20篇发表在Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Applied Physics、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Trans. Electron Devices、Scientific Reports国际专业期刊。
