Ma Xuefei, professor and doctoral supervisor of Harbin Engineering University. Chief scientist of National Key Research and Development Plan project, Chief scientist of Harbin Electric Group Sea Outfit. He has presided over and completed the National Key Research and Development Plan, the High-end Foreign Experts Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Key Equipment Pre-Research Fund, the Joint Equipment Pre-Research Fund, the National Defense Key Laboratory Fund of Underwater Acoustic Technology, the Underwater Information and Control Key Laboratory Fund, the Key Laboratory Fund of the Ministry of Education, the Xizang Key Research and Development Plan, the Qingdao Marine Science and Technology Pilot National Laboratory Project, and the Innovation Special of the Science and Technology Commission of the Military Commission District projects, Heilongjiang Provincial Foundation, Postdoctoral Foundation, China Ship Research and Design Center Innovation Foundation, China Shipbuilding System Engineering Research Institute Innovation Foundation, Sea Installation Pre-Research Fund, National Defense Foundation Key projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, National 863 projects and more than 10 horizontal projects. He won the second Prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress, the second prize of Heilongjiang Province Natural Science and Technology Academic Achievements, the third prize of Heilongjiang Province Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Ocean Engineering Science and Technology, the second prize of Chinese Society of Naval Architecture Science and Technology Progress, and the second Prize of Heilongjiang Province Education Department Science and Technology Progress. The paper on aviation anti-submarine technology won the Excellence Award of the People's Liberation Army Navy Staff Department. He has published more than 30 papers as the first author and corresponding author. More than 40 invention patents have been applied, of which more than 30 have been authorized. As deputy editor, I wrote academic monographs on national defense features and key planning books for the 13th Five-Year Plan of colleges and universities.

马雪飞，教授，博士生导师。国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家，哈电集团海装首席科学家。主持及完成国家重点研发计划、科技部高端外国专家计划、装备预研重点基金、装备预研联合基金、水声技术国防重点实验室基金、水下信息与控制重点实验室基金、教育部重点实验室基金、西藏重点研发计划、青岛海洋科学与技术试点国家实验室项目、军委科技委创新特区项目、黑龙江省基金、博士后基金、中国舰船研究设计中心创新基金、中国船舶工业系统工程研究院创新基金、海装预研基金、国防基础重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家 863 项目2项及横向项目10余项。获国防科技进步二等奖、黑龙江省自然科学技术学术成果二等奖、黑龙江省科技进步三等奖、海洋工程科学技术一等奖、中国造船学会科技进步二等奖、黑龙江省教育厅科技进步二奖。航空反潜技术论文获中国人民解放军海军参谋部优秀奖。 以第一作者及通讯作者共发表论文30余篇。申请发明专利40余项，其中授权30余项。作为副主编撰写国防特色学术专著和高等学校十三五重点规划图书。
