A. Prof. Yamin Zhang, Beijing University of Technology, China 

张亚民副教授，北京工业大学

Yamin Zhang is an associate professor in School of Microelectronics at Beijing University of Technology. He serves as journals reviewer (e.g.,IEEE TPE,  IEEE EDL/TED). His research interests include novel semiconductor devices, reliability physics of semiconductor devices, and the thermal management of semiconductor devices. As the project leader, he has undertaken more than 10 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Plan, etc. He has published his research in highly ranked journals，(e.g., IEEE TPE，IEEE EDL/TED, APL, JAP)，with more than 30 articles in past 5 years. He was the recipient of various awards including Beijing Science and Technology Award, Science and Technology Award of China Electronics Society.

张亚民，北京工业大学副教授，博士生导师；IEEE Trans. Power Electronics, IEEE Trans. Electron Devices, IEEE Electron Device Lett.等学术刊物审稿人。多年来一直致力于新型半导体器件、半导体器件与集成电路可靠性、功率半导体器件热管理的研究。作为项目负责人。先后主持项目10余项，包括国家自然科学基金2项，北京市自然科学基金2项，国家重点研发计划子课题；发表SCI论文50余篇，其中近五年以第一作者或通讯作者在IEEE TPE/TED/EDL APL、JAP等杂志发表SCI论文17篇，获北京市科学技术奖-技术发明二等奖和中国电子学会技术发明二等奖。
