蔡念教授，广东工业大学

Prof. Cai is a doctoral supervisor in Guangdong University of Technology. His research interests include machine learning, computer vision, digital signal processing, etc. and related applications. He is a principal investigator for more than 30 project programs, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, Key Project of Science and Technology in Guangdong Province, and Key Project of Science and Technology in Guangzhou City. He has been awarded several prizes for Scientific and Technology Progress (STP), including a Second Prize for STP of Guangdong Province, and an IET Image Processing Premium Award (2019). He have published more than 100 academic papers and more than 40 Chinese Invention Patents. 

蔡念，广东工业大学信息工程学院，教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域与方向：机器学习、机器视觉、数字信号处理等理论算法研究及其在工业检测、生物医学、安全监测等领域中的应用。主持30项政府专项资金项目，包括国家自然科学基金（4项）、广东省自然科学基金（2项）、广东省重大科技项目、广州市重大科技项目（5项）、国防子课题任务等。获广东省科学技术奖二等奖1项，IET期刊年度最佳论文奖1次。在IEEE汇刊等国内外期刊发表论文100余篇，其中SCI检索50余篇。申请发明专利近100件，已授权40余件。
