Assoc. Prof. Kailin Ren, Shanghai University, China 

任开琳副教授，上海大学

Kailin Ren received Ph.D degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2021. She is currently an Associate Professor in School of Microelectronics, Shanghai University, China. Her research interests include GaN-based RF and power electronics devices, Micro-LED display arrays, and integrated optoelectronics.

上海大学微电子学院副教授，博士毕业于新加坡国立大学，从事半导体功率器件/新型显示器件与集成光电子芯片等领域的研究。近五年在IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices、Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Applied Physics等微电子领域权威期刊上发表SCI论文7篇、EI论文11篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，参与了上海市“科技创新行动计划”高新技术领域项目、新加坡教育部创新研究基金等多个纵向项目及海外企业横向项目。
